Master Injector, Doctor of Nursing Practice
Modesto Aesthetics and Laser is proud to announce Dr. Kelly Flores, DNP, has joined our team. Dr. Kelly has a passion for helping people feel better and loves building their self-esteem with aesthetic nursing. Kelly possesses a Master Injector status and is part of Modesto Aesthetics and Lasers’ Advanced Injection Team. Born in Florida, Dr. Kelly, DNP moved to Merced, CA as a teenager. She began her career in nursing in 2005, when she graduated from Merced Community College with an associate degree in nursing.
Dr. Kelly, DNP spent her early career in a critical care internship at Doctors Medical Center in Modesto. Her experience in critical care included open heart and trauma. Dr. Kelly, DNP furthered her education and graduated from Nurse Practitioner School in 2015 from Caplan University and became board certified as a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. For five years, she worked in Primary Care, Hematology/Oncology, and Dermatology. In 2019 Dr. Kelly, DNP received her Doctor of Nursing Practice with dual enrollment at San Jose State and Fresno State. Dr Kelly also participated in multiple nursing preceptorships which is a mentorship for newly hired nurses and nurse practioners. In 2019 she also started her career in aesthetic nursing, her true passion. She received extensive training with Empire Aesthetics and trained with some of the top aesthetic providers in the country. Dr. Kelly is easy to talk to and has excellent bedside manner with her patients. Dr. Kelly also has extensive certifications and training in the following aesthetic and wellness procedures:

Dr. Kelly, DNP enjoys educating patients on aesthetic treatments and helping them understand what each procedure can do to help enhance and maintain their natural beauty. Due to her previous years working in critical care and oncology, Dr. Kelly brings a gentle touch, compassion, and care to each patient’s experience.
When Dr. Kelly, DNP is not busy working, you may find her painting beautiful landscapes or living life outdoors hunting and fishing. Dr. Kelly loves spending time with her husband of 22 years and her five children. We are thrilled to have her at Modesto Aesthetics and Laser.
